Logo Design

This was a Freelance project.

The brief was to design a logo for Southport Rowing Club, the existing logo was the Southport coat of arms and the client wanted to bring themselves into the 21st century with something fresh, that they are able to use on their boats, merchandise, social media etc.

I did my research and found the traditional colours of Southport based clubs was yellow and black, which the members and chair didnt even know themselves. I designed a logo with a custom illustration of the bridge that is the main feature on the lake they row on.

The feedback was great and the logo is starting to be rolled out!
